Each day will begin with an energising yoga session to invigorate you for a great day’s walk, followed by a delicious breakfast buffet of fresh fruit, yogurts, organic bread and freshly brewed coffee. We then head out for our hikes taking in the fantastic views of the British countryside. We return in the afternoon with plenty of time to relax before our evening yoga session to help stretch out and soothe those well-used leg muscles, followed by a delicious vegetarian dinner and relaxing evening.
