Mondays:
Alignment-based Yoga Flow Class at Braywick Nature Centre
6.30pm - 7.45pm: Evening Class (In Person & Online)

Tune out of your day and into your breath. This alignment-based flow will leave you feeling strong, centered, and peaceful while you let go of anything that no longer serves you.


Wednesdays:
Alignment-based Yoga Flow Class at Thames Valley Athletic Centre, Eton
7pm - 8pm: Evening Class (In Person - TVAC Members only)

Thursdays:

Yoga Trapeze Class at Braywick Nature Centre
6.30pm - 7.45pm: Suitable for All Levels including Complete Beginners!

Yoga Trapeze is a great strength workout for all flexibility levels! Mat based classes are great but there is no pulling action. This is so important for building posterior chain strength…a fancy way of saying back body strength. We all need this as we spend so much time over-stretching our back and neck muscles by leaning forward over our computers and devices! Trapeze classes are great for relieving back pain. Not only because they build back body strength but the inversions help to lengthen out the spine.
